Discharge Data for this charger
The MW7168 charger discharges battery packs down to one volt per cell.
 

The Discharge is done by pulsing a load to the battery pack, 1.5sec ON and 1.5sec OFF continuously until the pack reaches 1v/cell.
 

The Discharge current depends on the number of cells in the pack.
