Order Cancellation - Change of Mind

We understand that from time to time, customers change their mind, or customers circumstances change.
Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to payment.
There is no further obligation to the customer after cancellation

Simply contact us using the "Contact Us" link under the information section of this website. The Battery Doctor will acknowledge your request by email or telephone.

If payment has been made, The Battery Doctor will at it`s descretion, choose to either supply the order as requested or refund the amount.

Nil Stocks & Back Orders

- The Battery Doctor will notify customers when their ordered item is nil stock and provide an ETA.
- Back order of nil stocks is not automatic. Customers will need to inform The Battery Doctor if back order is required on a particular item.
- If by chance an item has been paid for and becomes nil stocked before delivery, the customer has the option of back order or refund in full.
